An eight-week program that takes your idea to a shipped MVP — built AI-first from day one. I set up the entire system: your agent-first repository, market monitoring wired into your agent's context, AI-generated user stories and specs, and the first implementation of your product.
You leave with a live product, a launch story ready to tell, and a team trained to keep shipping at the same speed.
I run four engagements at a time, personally. Admission is by application only.
Most companies bolt AI onto how they already work. Zero to Shipped installs it as your operating system from the first commit: the repository, the specs, the workflows, and the training your team needs to do their best work with AI. Scope is deliberately focused: SaaS products and desktop applications. If your idea is a mobile app, marketplace, or hardware play, this isn't the right program.
Your agent-first repository goes up, and market monitoring goes live — tracking where your audience is, what they struggle with, and feeding those pain points directly into your agent's context.
You engage your market; the system collects evidence. From your wishes and the early signals, the AI drafts user stories and a thorough spec — with effort and cost mapped before anything is built.
AI-driven implementation of your MVP against the approved spec, on the substrate your team will inherit. The AI build budget is included and capped; anything beyond it is approved by you first, never discovered later.
We prepare the release. You walk out with a live product and everything you need to make the launch noise — the press, the posts, the announcement.
Market monitoring runs continuously through all eight weeks — your product learns from the market while it's being built.
Zero to Shipped includes the full Compound Coders Training — so the methodology survives the handover and scales with your hiring.
Program pricing is discussed on your application call. Pay in full, or in two parts: half at signing, half at week four.
Done is defined before we build: the approved spec implemented, the product live, you ready to launch. If we're not there at week eight, I continue at no additional cost until it ships. I can make that promise because I cap this at four clients — your slot is never diluted.
I'm Troels Frimodt Rønnow. I've shipped my own products with exactly this system — FastCoach among them — and spent six years consulting for companies on hard engineering problems. Before that: principal-level engineering across Microsoft, ETH Zürich, Zilliqa, and Fetch.AI, working on distributed systems, compilers, and agent infrastructure. Zero to Shipped is that experience, applied to your company's first eight weeks.
Book your application call and answer a few qualifying questions: your idea, your stage, your commitment to the validation work.
We assess fit in both directions — scope, budget, timing. If we both agree, the contract is signed on the call and your slot is secured.
Repository up, monitoring live, bootcamp seats reserved for the next cohort. Eight weeks later: shipped.
Pricing is discussed on the application call — it's not published. What I can tell you: the program includes an AI compute budget capped at $7,500 for the build, two bootcamp tickets for your founding technical members, and a 30-seat team training license for the people you hire next. Payment is in full at signing, or in two parts: half at signing, half at week four.
SaaS products and desktop applications. That's a deliberate limit — it's where the system produces its best results. Mobile apps, marketplaces, and hardware are out of scope.
I do, personally. No team handoffs, no juniors. That's also why capacity is capped at four concurrent engagements.
Two to four hours per week: running your market validation, reviewing stories and specs, and a weekly check-in. Roughly 16–32 hours total to go from idea to shipped MVP with a trained team.
You'll know before it happens. Every spec is mapped for effort and estimated cost before implementation starts. If it exceeds the included cap, you approve the additional budget — or we trim scope. No surprises.
You launch. The product is live, the repository is yours, your founders are in (or through) the bootcamp, and your 30-seat license onboards everyone you hire next. If the product isn't shipped at week eight, I keep working at no cost until it is.
Your two founding technical members join the next available cohort — typically starting within weeks of your kickoff, so they learn the methodology while it's being applied to their own product.
If you're ready to start your company AI-first — with a shipped MVP, a validated direction, and a trained team — apply for one of the four slots.
